Capsaicin

Cayenne is a kind of hot pepper, which is usually ground into a powder to add spice to dishes. Its level of spice comes from its high level of capsaicin. Capsaicin not only stimulates the taste buds but blood vessels and metabolism as well. It’s used for long-term weight loss, due to its tendency to increase energy expenditure. Its primary use is immediate, but it’s also useful when used regularly: helping to heal wounds, remove blood toxins, and relieve allergies.
