Noni powder (morinda citrifolia)

Noni is a plant in the coffee family, and is also called “cheese fruit,” and “beach mulberry.” It’s been used in Chinese medicine to treat abdominal pain, impotence, and menstrual disorders. People also use it for many other ailments including cough, diabetes, fever, smallpox, and cataracts.
